How to enable 2FA

You can use either Google Authenticator (recommended) or your email for receiving 2FA verification codes. We strongly recommend that you enable 2FA for better protection of your account.

Note

If you lost your device or forgot the secret code and can’t get access to your account, contact your B2BinPay manager. Mind that in order to restore access, you’ll be asked to provide all the necessary documents to verify your identity.

To enable 2FA:

  1. Click your user icon in the upper right corner of the page and select Settings.

  2. In the Two-factor authentication section, select a method of receiving 2FA codes and activate a corresponding toggle.

  3. For Google Authenticator:

  1. Download and install the Google Authenticator app form AppStore or Google Play, and then click Proceed.

  2. Scan the displayed QR code with Google Authenticator or enter the code manually, and then click Proceed.

  3. Enter the 6-digit code from Google Authenticator to enable it.

  4. In the Enable Google Authenticator popup, enter your password and click Confirm.

  1. For email verification: in the Enable email authentication popup, enter your password and click Confirm. When selecting this option, please make sure you have access to your email.

The 2FA is enabled. Next time you log in, you’ll be asked to enter a 2FA verification code provided via the selected method. Mind that 2FA codes are one-time and time-sensitive.

You can disable 2FA anytime in your profile. To disable, you’ll be asked to provide a valid 2FA verification code.
