General interface options

When logged in, you can get access to the following interface options:

  • Language settings — we support several languages for the interface of B2BinPay system. Click the language menu in the upper right corner of your screen and select the preferred language.

  • Main menu — provides an access to the pages of B2BinPay system.

  • Export button — available in the upper right corner of your screen on Wallets, Transfers, Deposits and Payouts: click the button to export page content to a CSV or XLSX file.

You can sort fields by their number or in alphabetical order. To do this, click the arrow near the field.

In the upper right corner of your screen you can find a drop-down menu. Navigate to the drop-down menu to view the following options and settings:

  • Notifications. On this page you can see personal and system announcements and update notifications.

  • Custom tokens. On this page you can see a list of custom tokens (for more details about creating custom tokens, refer to How to create a custom token):

    • Alpha — an alpha-code assigned to the custom token

    • Wallet — a wallet from which a monthly payment will be debited (can be changed after the token is created)

    • ISO — a numeric code for the token

    • Status — can be active (the payment will be debited automatically) or inactive (the token will not be processed)

  • API Access. On this page you can manage API access to your wallets and transactions. For more details about managing API access, refer to How to manage API access.

  • Logins and Sessions. On this page a history of users logins to the system is stored. Here you can view a user’s email and the exact time and location of the login, as well as some information about the user’s device. You can also see the status of the login result:

    • OK — success

    • Failed — login attempt failed: invalid credentials

    • Blocked — login attempt failed: user profile is blocked or IP address is not in the white list

  • Access List. On this page you can view a list of users who have access to your wallets and the users roles. By clicking the user in the list you can view the user’s details, such as wallets the user has access to, the user’s role and the log of the user’s actions. For more details refer to How to restrict access to your wallet.

  • Sync theme with OS settings. The light/dark theme will synchronize automatically to the theme settings of your operating system.

  • Dark theme. Activate the switch to enable the dark theme. The dark theme is unavailable when sync theme is enabled.

  • Settings. On this page you can manage the security settings of your user profile:

  • Logout. Click this button to log out from the system.
