Merchant Guide

Wallets

Wallets are accounts denominated in crypto or fiat currency. We provide flexible options to customize your wallets and notifications.

Key points:

  • Wallet currency is specified when the wallet is created and cannot be changed

  • Active wallets can be used to deposit and withdraw funds

  • You can create an unlimited number of wallets

  • You can provide access to the wallet to other users and delimit this access using permissions

Statuses of Wallets

  • Not active — the wallet is available only in a Read Only mode

  • In progress — the wallet is now being registered in the system and currently unavailable

  • Active — the wallet has been activated and can be used to create deposits and payouts

Wallets List

Filters

You can filter the list of your wallets by ID, Balance or Pending amount.

Each wallet in the wallets list contains the following information:

ID

System identifier of the wallet, generated automatically when a wallet is created

Label

Name of the wallet

Currency

Wallet currency (for example, US Dollar or Bitcoin)

Balance

Available balance, that can currently be used for payouts

Pending

The sum of all incoming and outgoing transactions that have not yet received a confirmation. The value is positive in case of incoming transfers and negative in case of payouts. This balance cannot currently be used for transfers

Exchange

Click this button to go to the Exchanges tab, where you can exchange currencies between your wallets

Settings

Click this button to view wallet details or change wallet settings, ref. to Wallet Settings for details

Wallet Settings

Wallet settings are accessible from the wallets list by clicking the wallet or the Settings button.

Wallet settings include two tabs: Info and Log.

Info tab

This tab contains all the essential wallet info:

Currency

Wallet currency. This value cannot be changed

Label

Name of the wallet

Site URL

URL address of your website

Advanced options block

Additional wallet settings. Contains the following fields:

Notification addresses

A comma-separated list of email addresses, to which new transaction notifications will be sent

Access Rights

This section provides you with an opportunity to manage users, who have access to the wallet (ref. to How to Grant Access to Your Wallet, How to Restrict Access to Your Wallet for details). Here you can grant access for users to a specific wallet. To manage user access to all your wallets, ref. to Managing Access

Transfers

Transfers are a summary of all payouts debited from your wallets and payments credited to your wallets.

Key points:

  • In this section you cannot create a new transfer. To create a new transfer, ref. to Invoices or Payouts

  • The list shows all transfers including cancelled, failed, and others.

Types of Transfers

  • Wallet activation — amount necessary for activation of the wallet

  • Invoice — deposit

  • Payout — payout

  • Exchange charge — withdrawal of the exchange amount

  • Exchange enroll — crediting of the exchange amount

  • Dust — amount processed along with token deposit or payout

  • Wallet charge — customized withdrawal

  • Transportation — amount for funds transportation, processed along with token payout

  • Bank withdrawal — withdrawal of funds by means of Bank withdrawal

Statuses of Transfers

  • Cancelled — the transaction is cancelled due to security reasons or small amount of transaction

  • Blocked — the transaction is suspicious and temporarily blocked until it is checked

  • Failed — the transaction failed in blockchain

  • Created — the transaction has been created and is in the queue for processing, the status will be changed soon

  • Unconfirmed — the transaction has not yet received the required number of block confirmations or the transaction legal status has not yet been verified

  • Confirmed — the required number of block confirmations is received and the transaction is completed

Transfers List

ID

Transaction identifier, this is a link to invoice or payout details (depending on transfer type)

Created

Date and time of transaction creation or detection

Type

Transaction purpose, ref. to Types of Transfers

Status

Current transfer status, ref. to Statuses of Transfers

TXID

Blockchain transaction identifier. This is a link to the explorer

Currency

Transfer currency (including tokens)

Amount

Transaction total amount in sender’s currency

Commission

Transaction processing fee in sender’s currency

Blockchain fee

Blockchain commission for the transaction

Confirmations

Current number of transaction confirmations in the blockchain

Amount target

Transaction total amount in the wallet currency

Rate

Transfer exchange rate for the moment of the transfer creation

Commission target

Transaction processing fee in the wallet currency

Operation ID

Link to invoice or payout details (depending on transfer type)

Transfer Details

Transfer details are accessible from the transfers list by clicking the transfer ID.

Each transfer has a tag right under the tarnsfer’s ID indicating the status of the AML verification of the transfer:

  • Checked — the transfer passed AML check

  • Pending — AML check is pending

  • Failed — AML check failed, the transfer was marked as red

  • Unavailable — AML check is unavailable for this transfer

The transfer details page consists of the following fields:

Wallet

Wallet name from/to which the transaction was made

Type

Transaction purpose, ref. to Types of Transfers

Created

Date and time of transaction creation

Updated

Date and time of transaction update (if there were any updates)

TXID

Blockchain transaction identifier. This is a link to the explorer

Amount

Transaction amount in sender’s currency

Amount target

Transaction amount in wallet currency

Commission

Transaction commission in the sender’s currency

Commission target

Transaction commission in wallet currency

Blockchain fee

Blockchain commission for the transaction

Confirmations

Current number of transaction confirmations in the blockchain

Rate

Current exchange rate, ref. to Rates

Callback

Callback info:

  • Not neededConfirmations needed field was not specified for associated deposit or payout

  • Sent — callback is sent

  • Not sent — callback has not yet been sent (not enough confirmations received yet)

Currency

Transaction currency. May differ from wallet currency

Operation ID

Link to invoice or payout details (depending on transfer type)

Invoices

Invoices are bills with indication of a sum and payment address which you render to payers. The invoice currency may differ from the wallet currency — a payer can specify any currency for the invoice.

Key points:

  • The system accepts payments in crypto and allows enrollments and withdrawals in fiat

  • Each transaction requires a certain number of confirmations in the blockchain

  • The processing speed of a transaction in the blockchain depends on the blockchain fee amount

  • Information on new transfers associated with an invoice can be sent to your system via a callback

  • For each transaction a special identifier can be assigned, by which it can be tracked in your system

  • We provide an opportunity to generate a payment page, which is convenient for sending payment details to your payers

Types of Invoices

  • With no sum and no time indication — this type of invoice has no indication of sum and expiration time

  • With indication of sum and time — this type of invoice will contain data about the sum and time of the operation. A receiver of such invoice can recalculate the sum of the invoice according to the current rates by clicking the Recalculate button

Invoices List

ID

Invoice identifier, this is a link to the detailed view

Created

Date and time of invoice creation

Wallet

Label of the wallet to which funds are credited. This is a link to the wallet details

Address

Payment address of the invoice in blockchain. This is a link to the explorer

Currency

Payment currency (including tokens)

Tracking ID

Identifier of the payment in the external system

Status

Status of the invoice:

  • Invoice — funds are received in full

  • Paid — the invoice with indication of sum is paid in full

  • Expired — payment time for the invoice with indication of time is expired

  • Overpaid — amount for the invoice with indication of sum is more than specified

  • Refund — payment amount is returned to the payer

Paid amount

Amount of funds sent by the payer

Enrolled amount

Amount received by the client. This is a paid amount minus the commission

Commission

Invoice commission

Expired at

Date and time of the expiration of the invoice with indication of time. If the invoice has no time indication, the field is blank

Invoice Details

Invoice details are accessible from the invoices list by clicking the invoice ID.

Essential invoice info:

Address

Payment address of the invoice in the blockchain. This is a link to the explorer, cannot be edited

View payment page button

Click this button to view payment page

Payment currency

Name of the payment currency

Wallet

Name of the wallet, to which the funds were credited

Paid in USD

The amount paid in the wallet currency

Enrolled in

Paid amount minus commission

Commission

Commission amount

Advanced options block

Additional invoice settings. Contains the following fields:

Label

Invoice name

Tracking ID

Identifier of the payment in the external (client) system

Callback URL

URL for callback notifications on invoices. Such notifications can contain some templates (ref. to How to Create an Invoice to find out more about the templates)

Required block confirmations for callback

Number of confirmations to receive an additional callback. If this field has a value, two callbacks are sent: upon receiving the number of confirmations specified here and upon receiving the number of confirmations specified in the system settings

Transactions block

A list of transactions, IDs are links to transfers details (ref. to Transfer Details)

Payouts

Payouts are withdrawals from your wallets. Payouts can be made in crypto or fiat. Payout in fiat currency is called Bank withdrawal.

Key points:

  • Payout currency can differ from the wallet currency

  • Each transaction requires a certain number of confirmations in the blockchain

  • The processing speed of a transaction in the blockchain depends on the blockchain fee amount. You can choose the amount of fee when creating a payout

  • Information on new transfers associated with a payout can be sent to your system via a callback

  • For each transaction a special identifier can be assigned, by which the transaction can be tracked in your systems

Events

Events are a list of system notifications requiring your actions.

Event Types

  • Callback — resend callback which we were unable to send

  • Payout approve — approve or cancel payouts created by users with Withdrawals with approval role

  • Transfer amount is less than required minimum — approve payouts less than the minimal transfer amount

  • Transfer to expired deposit — funds were sent to the expired invoice

  • Overpaid deposit — the invoice with indication of sum is overpaid

Note

Note that some actions can only be performed by users with the Owner and Admin roles.

Exchanges

Exchanges are a list of currency exchange operations between your wallets.

Key points:

  • You can exchange currency only between your wallets

  • Exchange operations can only be performed between wallets denominated in different currencies. To transfer currency between wallets denominated in the same currency, use Invoices

  • When exchanging, you can indicate the amount either in the currency of debiting, or in the currency of crediting

  • Note that exchange amount must be greater than or equal to the Minimal transfer amount.
